This recipe was given to me, and I continue to pass it down to everyone who tries it! Aside from beast so delicious, its so versatile that Ive even used it as a side dish for steak! This can be made the night before, later baked the next-door day -- grant come to 10 extra minutes of cooking time.

  1. 4 pounds extra potatoes, skinned, cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. 1 pound processed cheese food, cubed
  3. 2 cups mayonnaise
  4. 1 onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
